This small fish feed production machine is compact in size, simple in structure, has few moving parts, low operating load, and is easy to lubricate. It can be operated by a single person and is suitable for small-scale breeding farms and laboratories. First, machine characteristics: The core moving parts are the screw, small motor bearing, and simple guide rail. There is no independent gearbox, and the operating temperature is relatively low (maximum 120℃). Lubrication requirements are simple, with daily lubrication primarily involving "small amounts, high frequency."
Second, lubrication steps: After stopping the machine, disconnecting the power, and allowing it to cool down, clean any residue from the moving parts. Apply a small amount of dedicated lithium-based grease (less than 1mm thick) to the connection between the screw and the barrel using a brush. Inject a small amount of grease (approximately 5-10g) into the motor bearing filler port using a small grease gun. Wipe the guide rail surface evenly with a cloth dampened with a small amount of grease.
Third, compatibility tips: Use lithium-based grease specifically designed for small equipment (model L-XBDHA2). There is no need to use high-temperature grease specifically for large equipment to avoid waste.
Lubrication frequency: Under normal use, lubricate the core parts once every 3 days and perform a full lubrication once a month.
Tools: Use a small grease gun and a fine brush to avoid tools that are too large to operate.


Model 2: Medium-sized fish food making machine (capacity 50-500 kg/h), standard lubrication operation

The medium-sized floating fish food pellet manufacturing machine is currently the most widely used model in the aquaculture industry. It has a relatively complex structure, with an independent gearbox and multiple bearings. It operates under moderate loads, requiring 1-2 people for lubrication. It is suitable for medium-sized aquaculture bases and small feed mills. Key features: 1. Machine characteristics: Core moving parts include the screw, motor bearings, screw bearings, gearbox, and feed/discharge guide rails. Operating temperature is 140-160℃. Lubrication focus is on the gearbox and bearings, requiring careful control of grease usage and frequency. 2. Lubrication steps: After stopping the machine, disconnecting the power, and allowing it to cool down, clean all moving parts of any residue. Apply a special high-temperature lithium-based grease (1-2 mm thick) to the connection between the screw and the barrel. Inject grease into the motor bearings and screw bearings using a grease gun (10-15 g per bearing). Open the gearbox filling port. First, inject special gear grease to the liquid level line and close the filling port. Apply grease evenly to the guide rails and sliders, and push the slider to ensure uniform lubrication. Second, matching techniques: Use high-temperature lithium-based grease (model L-XBDHA3) specifically for medium-sized equipment; use special gear grease for the gearbox. Do not mix different types of grease. Lubrication frequency: Under normal use, lubricate the core parts once a week, lubricate the gearbox once every two weeks, and conduct a comprehensive lubrication check monthly. For bolts, connections, and other minor moving parts, lubricate once a month.


Model 3: Large floating fish food manufacturing extruder machine (capacity ≥ 500 kg/h), professional lubrication operation.

First, the characteristics of the floating fish feed extruder machine: Core moving parts include a heavy-duty screw, large motor bearings, screw bearings, a large gearbox, and hydraulic guide rails. It operates under heavy loads and prolonged high temperatures, requiring high lubrication standards. Special high-temperature, wear-resistant grease must be used, and lubrication frequency must be strictly controlled. Second, the lubrication steps: After stopping the machine and disconnecting the power, and allowing it to cool down, shut off the hydraulic system (if applicable) and clean any residue and dust from the moving parts. At the connection between the screw and the barrel, apply high-temperature, wear-resistant grease (approximately 2mm thick) using a special tool. For the heavy-duty bearings, slowly inject grease using a large grease gun (20-30g per bearing), ensuring the bearing is completely filled. For the gearbox, open the filler and drain ports, drain the old grease, clean any residue inside the gearbox, and then inject new, special high-temperature gear grease to the level line. For the hydraulic guide rails, inject hydraulic grease through the dedicated filler port, start the guide rails to idle, and ensure even lubrication.
